Right At School at Mullenix Ridge (Right At School LLC)

Observation

(1) Staff were not observed encouraging children to wash hands when needed. (4) Staff did not wash hands after being outside. (5) Children did not wash hands after snack or after being outside. (6) Hand sanitizer was used when children's hands were visibly dirty and in place of proper handwashing. Children were not actively supervised when using hand sanitizer.
